Registration Cutoff

Registration cutoff is at 9:00 PM on Fri, January 19, 2024. After the cutoff you may register on the wait list (you will not be charged at this time).

All refunds subject to $5 fee per player. No refunds after January 19th.

Open to all K-12 Students.

5 Round Swiss Sys pairing system (S-C-O tiebreaks).

Rounds will be limited to 40 minutes (Clocks may be added to certain games by the judges in order to complete games in a timely manner.)

This is A Whole Family Event!

Students 5th grade and younger require a parent or supervisor between rounds.

Lunch Break
4th Round: 12:30 pm
5th Round: 1:30

Awards ceremony to be held soon after the completion of all games, approximately 2:45 pm.
