Registration Cutoff

Registration cutoff is at 3:00 PM on Fri, December 1, 2023. After the cutoff you may register on the wait list (you will not be charged at this time).

Open Format
Grades K, 1-3, 4-6 are welcome
NWSRS Rated
5 Rounds - State Qualifier

No check in required. Pairings for round 1 will be posted at 8:30am, all players must be in their seats by 8:45am for announcements. First round will start promptly at 9am. Players who are late for round 1 will be withdrawn from the tournament and will need to check in with a Judge or the TD upon arrival in order to be re-entered for the remaining rounds.

Trophy awards in all sections after final match.

Some clocks available, but please feel free to bring your own!

Concessions will be available on site.

Refund Policy:
All refunds are subject to a $5 fee, there will be no refunds after November 25th.
