Use of this website is subject to the following terms and conditions.

Refunds:

All transactions are final. Refund policies are at the discretion of the event organizers and are listed on the event page. You can request a refund by using the link in your confirmation email or by using the Submit Refund Request link on the menu. Refunds submitted after the refund cutoff for an event may or may not be accepted, or may be partially refunded. PayPal does not allow refunds more than 180 days after a transaction is completed. Refund requests submitted more than 180 days after the initial transaction may not be accepted even if they are submitted prior to the refund cutoff for the event.

All payments are handled by PayPal. We have made every effort to ensure the payment system works as smoothly as possible. However, we are not liable for errors made by PayPal. In the rare case that there is a problem with PayPal, we will provide whatever assistance we can, but make no guarantees. Please read PayPal's terms of service.
