Refunds:

All transactions are final. Refund policies are at the discretion of the event organizers and are listed on the event page. You can request a refund by using the link in your confirmation email or by using the Submit Refund Request link on the menu.

PayPal:

All payments are handled by PayPal. We have made every effort to ensure the payment system works as smoothly as possible. However, we are not liable for errors made by PayPal. In the rare case that there is a problem with PayPal, we will provide whatever assistance we can, but make no guarantees. Please read PayPal's terms of service.
