All transactions are final. Any refunds are solely at the discretion of the tournament staff. If you require a refund please contact the tournament staff directly.

All payments are handled by Paypal. We have made every effort to ensure the payment system works as smoothly as possible. However, we are not liable for errors made by Paypal. In the rare case that there is a problem with Paypal, we will provide whatever assistance we can, but make no guarantees. Please read Paypal's terms of service.
