Player refund cutoff is 9:00 PM on Friday, March 28, 2025. Refunds are subject to an $5.00 fee per player.

Notes from the Event Director

Tournament Flyer

  • Open to all K-12 Students and Adults U1500 (rated or unrated).

  • 5 Round Swiss Sys pairing system (M-S-C-O tiebreaks).

  • Rounds will be limited to 40 minutes (Clocks may be added to certain games by the judges in order to complete games in a timely manner.)



  • This is a fundraising event, all net proceeds will go to ANCOP USA. Thank you for your support.

    Tournament Schedule:
    Check-in: 8:15 am
    Welcome and Instructions: 8:45 am
    1st Round: 9:00 am
    2nd Round: 10:00 am
    3rd Round: 11:00 am
    Lunch Break
    4th Round: 12:30 pm
    5th Round: 1:30

    Awards ceremony to be held soon after the completion of all games, approximately 2:45 pm.
