Registration cutoff is at 8:00 PM on Friday, March 28, 2025. After the cutoff you may register on the wait list (you will not be charged at this time).

Refund Policy

Player refund cutoff is 12:00 AM on Saturday, March 29, 2025. Refunds are subject to an $3.00 fee per player.

Notes from the Event Director

First round at 10:15 a.m. Pairings posted at 10:00 a.m.

Check-in: No check-in. If you're arriving late or leaving early, please call or email us in advance, and
report to the TD on arrival. Registered players who are late for the first round will start from game 2 with a forfeit.

Entry fee: $29/player for Chess Mates schools $33/player for general registration.

NWSRS Rated - 5 rounds
State Qualifier
