Registrants must be 50 years or older and an Idaho Resident. Be pared to show a valid ID showing birthday and address.

Registration: $25 (Pre-Registration) , $40.00 (On site) Seniors only, ICA Members Only

USChess Membership Required. Over 65 years old, IMs, FMs, GMs free. (Apply Coupon: ICASCHOLAR)

Prizes:

Winner is named Idaho’s Representative to the John T. Irwin National Tournament of Senior State Champions to be held during the U.S. Open.

Games: Chess sets provided, clocks provided. No Insufficient Losing Chances rule.

Byes: Maximum 1-half point bye in any round, must commit before round 2 is paired.

Ties: Solkoff, Cumulative, Cumulative Opposition, Mod. Med.
