Registration Cutoff

Registration cutoff is at 5:00 PM on Fri, February 23, 2024. After the cutoff you may register on the wait list (you will not be charged at this time).

Notes from the Event Director

Check in from 8-8:45a.m. First round at 9:00 a.m. Players not checked in by 8:45 may be forfeited for round 1.

Approx round start times:
9:00/10:30/11:45/1:00/2:15 - Awards to follow completion of round 5.

Trophies for top place finishers in each section and teams.

Concessions will be available for purchase on site.

Entry fee:
$20/player through Feb 10, 2023.
$25/player after Feb 10th.

All refunds subject to a $2 processing fee per player. There will be no refunds after 2/18/2024.
