Event Info
Date: the event will be held at 7:00 PM on Friday, December 4, 2026.
Registration Cutoff: 3:00 PM on Friday, December 4, 2026.
After the cutoff you may register on the wait list (you will not be charged at this time).
Registration Fee: $35.00
Player Refund Cutoff: 11:59 PM on Thursday, December 3, 2026.
Refunds are subject to an $5.00 fee per player.

Notes from the Event Director
Quads will run from 7pm-10pm.
Most games finish by 8:30. Players will be matched with similarly skilled opponents. Every round will start right after all games in that quad are done.
Drop-off event but parents are welcome to stay.
3 rounds time control G30+5 .
USCF Rated
Awards: Trophies to winners of each quad.
Chess players notating all 3 games (25 moves or more) will receive an award.
There will be no on site registration and no additional spots for players who are on the wait-list.
