Registration Cutoff

Registration cutoff is at 8:00 PM on Fri, January 19, 2024. After the cutoff you may register on the wait list (you will not be charged at this time).

Notes from the Event Director

First round at 9:00a.m. Pairings posted at 8:45a.m.

Check-in: No check-in. If you're arriving late or leaving early, please call or email us in advance, and
report to the TD on arrival. No byes. Registered players who are late for the first round will start from game 2 with a forfeit.

Entry fee: $30/player for Chess Mates schools $35/player for general registration.

Late registration fee: add $5 after 1/6/2023.

All refunds subject to a $2 processing fee per player. There will be no refunds after 1/10/23.

NWSRS Rated - 5 rounds
State Qualifier

Generous trophies in all sections.

This event is free for Chess Mates students who are eligible for free/reduced cost lunch and additional scholarships are available to other students upon request.
