Date: the event will be held at 8:00 AM on Saturday, March 7, 2026.
Registration Cutoff: 8:00 PM on Thursday, March 5, 2026.
After the cutoff you may register on the wait list (you will not be charged at this time).
Registration Fee: $20.00
Player Refund Cutoff: 11:59 PM on Saturday, February 28, 2026.
Refunds are subject to an $5.00 fee per player.

Notes from the Event Director
Tournament Schedule:
Check-in opens: 8:00 am
Check-in closes: 8:40am
1st Round: 9:00 am
Each round will take approximately 1 hour, with a small break in between rounds for pairing.
There will be no formal break for lunch, but pizza will be available around noon. Pizza, PTA bake sale, and additional concessions will be available for purchase on site. Cash or card accepted.
Awards ceremony to be held soon after the completion of all games, approximately 3pm.
5 Round Swiss, NWSRS Rated, WA Elementary State Qualifier.
