The event will be held at 8:00 AM on Saturday, March 15, 2025.

Registration Cutoff

Registration cutoff is at 11:59 PM on Thursday, March 13, 2025. After the cutoff you may register on the wait list (you will not be charged at this time).

Refund Policy

Player refund cutoff is 11:59 PM on Thursday, March 13, 2025. Refunds are subject to an $5.00 fee per player.

Notes from the Event Director

All participants must register in advance. There will be no on-site entries.

Formats:
5 Round G/30 Swiss in 5 sections: K, 1-3 U700, 1-3 Open, 4-5 U700, 4-5 Open
Qualifier for WA State Elementary Tournament.
All sections will be NWSRS Rated, Open Sections will additionally be USCF dual-rated.

Schedule:
Check-in 8:00 - 8:30. Players not checked in by 8:30 will forfeit round 1. Games begin at 9:00am.

Awards after the conclusion of the 5th round: ~4:00pm

Refund Policy:
A $5 fee will be charged for all refunds prior to and including 3/7/2024. There will be no refunds after 3/7/2024.

Awards:
Generous trophies for top finishers in all sections.
All kindergartners receive a trophy.
Team awards.
Also, all participants who stay to the end of award ceremony receive a medal (if they don't receive a trophy).

Large assortment of food concessions on site. Concessions will be cash only.

Out of state players welcome.

We have limited parking, please carpool.

Outdoor playground on site.
