Event Date

The event will be held at 8:00 AM on Sun, March 3, 2024.

Registration Cutoff

Registration cutoff is at 8:00 PM on Sat, March 2, 2024. After the cutoff you may register on the wait list (you will not be charged at this time).

Notes from the Event Director

All participants must register in advance. There will be no on-site entries.

Formats:
5 round G/25;d5 Swiss in 3 sections: K, 1-3, and 4-5.
Qualifier for WA State Elementary Tournament.
NWSRS rated.

Schedule:
Check-in 8:00 - 8:30. Players not checked in by 8:30 will forfeit round 1. Games begin at 9:00am.
**Schedule does not pertain to Kindergarten, they will be running on their own schedule.

Tentative Schedule (all round start times approximate, each round will start ~10-15 minutes after the conclusion of the previous round):
Check in: 8-8:30am
Round 1: 9am
Round 2: ~10:30am
Round 3: ~12:00pm
Round 4: ~1:15pm
Round 5: ~2:30pm
Awards: ~4:00pm


Refund Policy:
A $5 fee will be charged for all refunds prior to and including 2/27/24. There will be no refunds after February 27, 2024.

Awards:
Generous awards in all sections. All kindergartners receive a trophy. Other sections will have trophies for Individuals. Also, all participants who stay to the end of award ceremony receive a medal (if they don't receive a trophy).

Concessions:
Large assortment of food concessions on site. Cash only.

Other:
We have limited parking, please carpool.

Outdoor playground on site.
