Registration Cutoff: 9:00 PM on Friday, November 14, 2025. After the cutoff you may register on the wait list (you will not be charged at this time).

Registration Fee: $30.00

Player Refund Cutoff: 9:00 PM on Friday, November 14, 2025. Refunds are subject to an $5.00 fee per player.

Tournament Flyer

Open to all K-12 Students and Adults U1500 (rated or unrated).
5 Round Swiss Sys pairing system.
Rounds will be limited to 40 minutes (Clocks may be added to certain games by the judges in order to complete games in a timely manner.)
Winners will receive a trophy, the rest receive a medal.
Section will be based on grade level. Depending on the number of participants, however, some sections might be merged.

1st Round: 9:00 am
2nd Round: 10:00 am
3rd Round: 11:00 am

4th Round: 12:30 pm
